In-home care in Peachtree City, GA
In-home care in Peachtree City, Fayetteville and Tyrone. Help with bathing, meals, memory support, rides and recovery after a stay at Piedmont Fayette.
Peachtree City has one of the oldest populations in metro Atlanta. About 21% of residents are 65 or older, compared with 20% across Fayette County, according to the Census Bureau's 2020 to 2024 American Community Survey. This is a town built for staying put, with shops, parks and neighbors a cart ride away. Tale Circle Care helps older residents keep living that way at home when everyday tasks start to need a hand.
How we help families in Peachtree City
Our caregivers come to your parent's house and help with the parts of the day that have gotten hard. That can be a few hours a week or a lot more.
- Bathing, dressing, toileting and grooming, done with privacy in mind
- Standby help with walking, sitting and standing, and routine transfers when it's safe
- Simple meals and regular drinks that follow your family's preferences
- Medication reminders on the schedule their doctor already set
- Light housekeeping and laundry in the rooms they use
- Companionship, and calm, routine-based support for memory loss
- Errands and rides to appointments
- Respite so a spouse or adult child can rest
- Evening, overnight and extended hours
- Safety checks and reporting changes to the family
Caregivers don't give medication or do clinical procedures. When care calls for a nurse, we can arrange a licensed one.
The cart paths are part of life here. The city counts more than 100 miles of multi-use paths shared by carts, bikes and walkers. If your mother still likes her afternoon loop around Lake Peachtree, a caregiver can walk or ride along. If getting in and out of the cart has become shaky, that's worth noticing too. Our guide to preventing falls at home covers the warning signs.
Coming home from the hospital in Fayette County
Most Peachtree City families come home from Piedmont Fayette Hospital on Highway 54 in Fayetteville, a 24-hour acute care hospital with an emergency department. The first week after discharge is often the hardest. People are tired, a little unsteady and juggling new instructions and follow-up visits.
During that stretch a caregiver can help with settling back in, meals, bathing and dressing, reminders about the discharge instructions and rides to follow-up appointments. They watch for changes and tell you about them quickly. If your parent is coming home after a stroke, read what stroke recovery looks like at home before the discharge meeting so you know what to ask.
